It depends on the company. Some contracts include spare parts and materials, while others cover labour only and bill parts separately. So ask the company to make this clear in its written offer before you choose.
Every request on Emaraa asks for a one-year, renewable offer. Each company states the contract duration and payment schedule in its offer: every 3 months, every 6 months, or once a year.
